This is a list of available fields that can be assigned to Qualtrics embedded data when using a Qualtrics survey with the UVU Student integration.
The UVU integration URL is https://qualtrics.uvu.edu/student/<Insert Qualtrics Survey ID here>
Example https://qualtrics.uvu.edu/student/SV_3gabUjAJTrqEepL
The red text in the URL indicates the Survey ID. You will need to replace this text with your survey's unique Survey ID.

| creditHoursEarned | Number of total credit hours completed |
| creditHoursRegistered | Number of total credit hours a student is registered for in the current term |

| studentEmail | Person's student email |
| international | Student's international status (true/false, Not to be shown in the survey) |
| primaryAdvisorEmail | Email of the student's primary advisor |
| primaryAdvisorName | Name of the student's primary advisor |
Additional Custom Fields
Additional custom embedded data fields can be sent in by adding them to the end of the integration URL.
Example - https://qualtrics.uvu.edu/student/SV_3gabUjAJTrqEepL?customName=customValue&customName2=customValue2
The name must match the embedded field name in your Qualtrics Survey.
