Qualtrics Student Integration Fields

This is a list of available fields that can be assigned to Qualtrics embedded data when using a Qualtrics survey with the UVU Student integration.
The UVU integration URL is https://qualtrics.uvu.edu/student/<Insert Qualtrics Survey ID here>
Example: https://qualtrics.uvu.edu/student/SV_3gabUjAJTrqEepL
The red text in the URL indicates the Survey ID. You will need to replace this text with your survey's unique Survey ID.

majorProgram | Person's major program |
majorDescription | Descriptive name of the student's major |
minorCode | Person's minor code |

emphasisCode | Person's major emphasis code |
emphasisDescription | Person's major emphasis description |
classLevelCode | Person's class level |
creditHoursEarned | Number of total credit hours completed |
creditHoursRegistered | Number of total credit hours a student is registered for in the current term |
collegeCode | Person's college code |
collegeDescription | Person's college description |
studentEmail | Person's student email |
international | Student's international status (true/false, Not to be shown in the survey) |
primaryAdvisorEmail | Email of the student's primary advisor |
primaryAdvisorName | Name of the student's primary advisor |
Additional Custom Fields
Additional custom embedded data fields can be sent in by adding them to the end of the integration URL.
Example - https://qualtrics.uvu.edu/student/SV_3gabUjAJTrqEepL?customName=customValue&customName2=customValue2
The name must match the embedded field name in your Qualtrics Survey.
These fields can be used as embedded data at the beginning of the survey. If you have any issues using these fields contact ais@uvu.edu
