This is a list of available fields that can be assigned to Qualtrics embedded data when using a Qualtrics survey with the UVU Person integration.

The UVU integration URL is https://qualtrics.uvu.edu/person/<Insert Qualtrics Survey ID here>

Here's an example https://qualtrics.uvu.edu/person/SV_1HXMsNlnUHTn9J3

Additional Custom Fields

Additional custom embedded data fields can be sent in by adding them to the end of the integration URL.

Example - https://qualtrics.uvu.edu/person/SV_1HXMsNlnUHTn9J3?customName=customValue&customName2=customValue2

The name must match the embedded field name in your Qualtrics Survey.
